Terms and Cancelation Policy
- Prices may be subject to changes
- Cancellation of participation up to 45 days before departure withholding 50 Euro for operating expenses.
- Cancellation between 44 and 30 days prior to departure, withhold 30% of the travel value.
- Cancellation between 29 and 21 days before departure, withhold 50% of the travel value.
- Cancellation 20 days and until departure, deduction of the entire amount of the travel value.
- In case of no show, deduction of the entire amount of the travel value.
- For charter flights, cruises, skiing, exhibitions, conferences and similar international events, cancellation fees up to 100% of their value regardless of the date of cancellation notification.
